Job DescriptionMust reside in Southeast territory (GA, AL, NC, SC)
As an Area Sales Manager with Bosch, you are accountable for acting as the liaison for Ford Motor Company’s Rotunda Equipment program for your region. Your primary function is to drive revenue and growth by partnering with Ford and Lincoln Dealers to understand their needs and provide equipment solutions from the Rotunda portfolio.
- Quote development and sales for General Service Equipment.
- Acting as equipment and layout consultant for Service facility upgrades or new facility projects.
- Supporting the sales of Diagnostics, Dealership Consumables, Service Tools, etc.
- Achieving sales objectives for assigned market area.
- Interfacing with Ford Technical Support Operations Managers (TSOM’s), field Service Engineers (FSE’s), Rotunda team members, and Dealer personnel as required for Rotunda sales activities.
- Attending Regional Service and Parts meetings and special dealer functions.
- Attending and actively support in the NADA yearly conference.
- Completing all post-sales processes.
- Establishing and managing distributor relationships.
- Responding to dealer requests for consultation on Equipment decisions.
- Coordinating supplier contacts and develop sales presentations.
Travelling to interface with Dealers in assigned region when required.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Extensive automotive service background preferably in the tool and equipment industry.
- Sales background with aptitude for detail and report management.
- Dealer and/or OEM contact experience.
- PC proficiency
- This is a work from home position.
- Residence in the market area of responsibility is required.
- Travel to other locations is required, as needed.
- Travel is expected to be up to 50% of working time.
This position is not eligible for VA/VN assignments
