Positiong Summary & Key Responsibilities:
As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and service lines across 5-10 centers in Houston, Texas. You’ll work directly with Center Administrators (CAs) and Assistant Center Administrators (ACAs), collaborating with the Senior Director of Clinical Services and BCBAs to drive operational goals and support the delivery of clinical services. You’ll also provide training and development for new CAs and ACAs, ensuring that they are set up for success and effectively transition into their roles.
- Collaborate with CAs and ACAs to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
- Provide training and support to new CAs and ACAs, helping them transition smoothly into their roles.
- Oversee daily center operations, including client census, billable hours, and productivity.
- Support CAs and ACAs with employee issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of CA and ACA competencies.
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Services and BCBAs to meet both clinical and operational objectives.
- Serve as a servant leader, demonstrating our core values in all interactions and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience in healthcare or a related field. Medical billing/coding experience is a plus!
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
- Ability to de-escalate intense situations and provide quality customer service.
- Willingness to learn and grow in understanding of P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes, and collections.
- Travel: Occasional travel (up to 10-15%) may be required.
- Other: Must be flexible with your schedule to meet business needs.
