Position Overview:
Responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with both Physician partners and prospective partners within the communities we serve. Fosters collaborative relationships in order to develop our service line in alignment with the market, the industry and regulatory bodies. Strategy, growth initiatives, operational excellence and financial stewardship will be high priorities for this position. Ensure alignment with Sutter Health Mission, Vision, Values and organization goals, culture and compliance. Responsible for strategic planning for and operations of the Service Line. Collaborates with the other Service Line Executives, Area Executive Officers and service line Directors to develop, implement and achieve goals, objectives and strategic plans. Monitors quality, service, and finance and growth performance and works with the Directors to meet goals. Assists Directors in developing the annual operating and capital budgets.

EDUCATION:
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ Bachelor's: Business, Health Care or related healthcare field
+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
+ 12 years recent relevant experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
+ RN-Registered Nurse of California
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
+ Knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully direct the efforts of diverse health professionals to meet patient and physician needs.
+ Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others including management, senior management, and governing bodies, physician partnerships, and other owners.
+ Knowledge of financial reporting, analysis and ASC reimbursement
+ Knowledge of regulatory, licensing, certification and accreditation requirements
+ Ability to make fiscally sound decisions that reflect corporate service line philosophy.
+ Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change
+ Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously
+ Ability to act upon difficult decisions to drive desired changes, as well a capability to lead, guide and
+ promote a sense of shared purpose within the team.
+ Documentation and communication skills required.
+ Advanced computer skills required

Pay Range is $83.00 to $132.80 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package._
