We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect to join our innovative Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to utilize their skills and expertise in the field of architecture and engineering. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects, from the conceptual design phase through to construction documentation and administration. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement design concepts and architectural solutions.
2. Utilize Revit and other design software to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
3. Oversee all phases of the project, from conceptual design through to construction documentation and administration.
4. Ensure all architectural designs meet the necessary building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members.
7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during the construction process.
8. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards.
9. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
10. Continually research and implement the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 4 years' experience in the field of architecture, with a focus on engineering projects.
3. Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
4. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
5. Exceptional design skills, with a portfolio of completed architectural projects.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee all phases of a project.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and proposals.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to architectural challenges.
10. Commitment to continual learning and development in the field of architecture.
