Job Responsibilities:

Profile new applications with customers, including specifications, timelines, and cost targets
Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
Generate price quotations and technical submittal information
Provide technical support and troubleshoot chillers in the field
Collaborate with Engineering to select and source major components for custom designs
Support Engineering and Manufacturing throughout the design and assembly process
Ensure all customer requirements are met in final products
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
