Job Responsibilities:
- Profile new applications with customers, including specifications, timelines, and cost targets
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
- Generate price quotations and technical submittal information
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot chillers in the field
- Collaborate with Engineering to select and source major components for custom designs
- Support Engineering and Manufacturing throughout the design and assembly process
- Ensure all customer requirements are met in final products
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
