Description: Our large, financial services client is currently seeking a Sr. Appian Developer (1+ Year Contract/Hybrid) in Malvern, PA.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Expert in Appian technology
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the team on the latest development techniques
• Provide guidance on architectural guardrails
• Work on backlog items as a team member
• Dynamically pair with others on difficult stories
• Help the team to identify smaller, vertical story slices
• Support Product Owners with technical vision
• Support team by working on urgent issues
• Explain Technical issues to the Product Owner and Business Partners
• Explain Business objectives to the developers

Qualifications:

• Appian
• Appian Certification/s preferred
