Well known Fashion Brand looking for a Direct-Hire Production Manager onsite in Bell, CA

Production Manager

Rate:

1. $80K- $95K (based on experience)

Location:

Fully Onsite- Monday- Friday in Bell, CA (this is firm)

Job Description:

SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO

-Manage Production T&A Calendar from Order Allocation through Shipping.

-Partner with all cross functional teams to meet milestones including, but not limited to Design, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, Packaging, QA & Order Management.

-Own your styles by constantly updating Centric, AS400 and Excel WIPs.

-Join internal fitting sessions designated by Brand as needed.

-Review/Approve items such as Bulk Fabric, Trims, Packaging, Folding, and Carton Markings.

-Own Vendor Communication with our Overseas Partners.

-Identify and Trouble Shoot through potential issues in order to stay on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

-6+ years of demonstrable experience in Apparel Production.

-Must be self-managing.

-Understanding of FOB / DDP.

-Exceptionally organized with strong time management and multi-tasking ability.

-Strong verbal & written communication skills.

-Think outside the box – initiative takers and collaborative team members.

-Extensive Import Experience / Different Time Zones.

-Current APAC production experience is required.

-Licensed Apparel Experience is a requirement.

-Must be familiar with using a PLM, Centric preferred.
