Apparel Designer - 24 Seven Talent

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct trend research and identify styles for the monthly line, collaborating closely with the Senior Designer on product development.
• Manage product timelines and provide status updates to the Sr. Designer and Creative Director; calendar management experience is key.
• Design, sketch, and develop approximately 100-150 garments each month, ensuring sample accuracy and timely handoffs to each division.
• Participate actively in fittings, offering insights on garment fit, construction, and design details.
• Coordinate with production for fabric and color approvals, and work alongside CAD artists to revise sketches per account needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of design experience in fashion/apparel and a degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in fabrics, wash/dye processes, and embellishments.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in interactions at all organizational levels.
