Minimum Qualifications:
+ A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position equal to two (2) years.

Conditions of Employment:

+ Must be willing and able to successfully pass a national criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology or a closely related field.
+ 1-2 years of experience working in an aquaculture environment.
+ AALSO Water Quality Technician and Life Support System Operator certifications are an asset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Work requires the ability to follow detailed instructions pertaining to zebrafish care.
+ Work requires basic computer and record-keeping skills, including database management.
