Anaplan Financial Modeling Senior Analyst - Search Services

Our client is a major private equity firm in Houston, and they seek a Senior Financial Analyst with significant Anaplan experience to join their Analytics and Reporting team. This role will help create models that analyze every potential capital transaction of the organization. Anaplan experience is required, and advanced financial modeling skills are a must!

Job Description:
Requirement:

• 3 - 5 yrs. experience of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling tools and optimizing the design for performance
• Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
• Ability to translate current customer spreadsheet models to effective and efficient Anaplan model designs. Design ability to translate complex excel models into scalable multi-dimensional Anaplan models.
• Familiarity with Anaplan Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills:

• Finance/Sales Planning business process knowledge
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect
• Certified Master Anaplanner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support existing models, including adding additional features.
• Understand business planning processes and related business requirements.
• Review use cases, conceive and develop Proof of Concept POC models efficiently to establish credibility of Anaplan platform flexibility.
• Design effectively & efficiently to cover processes & requirements into detailed blueprint: enterprise models with associated modules, lists / line items, and calculations as supported by multi-dimensional Anaplan platform.
