Daily Tasks
Running mass data reports within SAP
o Use BI Reporting within SAP Everest to pull up-to-date sales data for all active customers in QlikView (~4K Contracts)
Shortfall calculations
o Work alongside team to create shortfall calculator documents for top ~100 customers (whatever target list is for FY24 + more)
o Pull customer agreement from Salesforce
o Enter data into new shortfall calculator template spreadsheet
o Pull purchases in from batch reporting
o Analyze purchasing patterns (pivot)
Data validation and documentation
o Validate shortfall calculations against Qlik compliance calculations
o Ensure customer's commitments in dashboard align with what is on the contract
o Keep running list of discrepancies between Qlik and manual analysis

Desired Skillset
o Analytical skills: ability to manage & understand large amount of data and identify purchase patterns
o Interpersonal skills including ability to communicate data and information challenges
o Logic, piecing gaps together
o Attention to detail, clear documentation
o Basic knowledge of dashboarding tools e.g. Qlik or Power BI a plus

Experience in lieu of education: At least 2 years of working experience inclusive of Commercial Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing or Sales
Operations experience.
