Job Summary:
Mauran Ambulance Service is seeking a motivated and dynamic Ambulance Service Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting our urgent and non-emergency medical transportation services, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and a drive to make a difference in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote ambulance services within Los Angeles County.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare providers, case managers, and other potential referral sources.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Mauran Ambulance Service at healthcare conferences, community events, and trade shows.
- Help create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience, preferably in the healthcare or ambulance service industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Los Angeles County demographics and healthcare landscape is a plus.
