The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Amazon Operations Analyst to oversee and optimize the performance of our Amazon storefront. This role will be responsible for managing e-commerce products, analyzing sales trends, improving inventory flow, and driving operational excellence on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience managing an Amazon business and possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and supply chain principles.
Essential Functions

- Build & plan finished good production with manufacturing and raw material suppliers to effectivity manage healthy inventory levels at internal & Amazon FBA warehouse
- Forecast demand to maintain adequate stock levels and increase accuracy of forecast KPIs
- Plan inventory shipments from co-manufacturing sites to warehouse network
- Successfully manage inbound inventory into Amazon FBA warehouses and address any inventory issues that occur
- Collaborate and coordinate recurring inventory replenishments quantities and necessary transactions within ERP & Amazon Seller Central
- Develop and track supply chain KPIs in support of improving the company’s performance on Amazon
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, inventory turnover and out of stocks
- Partner with marketing, paid media and product development teams to facilitate successful product launches and promotional activities
- Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for cost savings initiatives
- Implement automations and tools to enhance operational processes
- Lead and manage special projects related to Amazon operations, including product launches and internal team work-flows and/or processes

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Between 4-6 years of supply chain and inventory management experience, with experience in an analytical role.
- At least 2 years of experience managing an Amazon business.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Experience working at CPG and/or start-up organizations.
- Experience managing and onboarding Amazon business within ERP system(s).
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies that weigh up to 20 pounds, and to bend and stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position during regular business hours in the employee’s time zone. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position does not require travel.
