We are seeking a talented Feed Plant Manager on-site at a plant in Minnesota. Do you have at least 5 years of experience in leading a team of 20+, and maintaining schedules, quality, and delivery commitments?
Employees are expected to stay current on all issues, changes, or trends in the industry. This is not exclusive to management
A candidate would have production, scheduling, accounting, laws and compliance of industry, budgeting, maintenance, safety, packaging, transportation, and QA experience in a feed mill setting is necessary.
A degree in either Agriculture or Feed Mill Management is preferred, but the organization may consider experience over education for the right candidate.
