JOB TITLE: Aircraft Inspector 
LOCATION: Wichita, KS
PAY RATE: $43/hour

Summary: 

• Interpret and use drawings, inspection manuals, specifications, shop math, precision measuring instruments, and specialized inspection tools to complete assignments.

• Follow Quality Management System policies and procedures.

• Understand company policies, procedures, and specifications.

• Maintain overall knowledge of production processes.

• Operate testing machines, calculate results, and maintain certifications as required.

• Prepare and maintain quality records and verify tool qualifications.

• Follow inspection procedures to accept or reject parts, processes, or assemblies.

• Work across equivalent or lower-level inspector roles and cross-train in related classifications.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and use computing tools proficiently.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience.

• Strong blueprint reading skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

• Experience writing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

• Punctual and reliable attendance.

• Ability to obtain and maintain required training certifications.

• Willingness to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and periods of heavy overtime.

Desired Skills:

• SAP experience.

• Boeing 737 airframe/fuselage experience.
