Agronomy Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Agronomy Sales Representative to drive sales of agronomy products and services, including seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will build strong, year-round relationships with both existing and prospective customers while ensuring exceptional service and product support.
Agronomy Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of agronomy products: seed, fertilizer, crop protection, R2G products, aerial services, grid sampling, Yield Advantage, and custom applications.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers while prospecting new clients.
- Promote the company as a trusted and valued agronomy partner.
- Manage inventory of all agronomy products to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Conduct seasonal in-field scouting and remain visible on customer farms to build trust and credibility.
Agronomy Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (or ability to obtain).
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in agronomy or agriculture.
Agronomy Sales Representative Skills & Competencies:
- Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and build long-term relationships.
