Agentic AI Solutions Architect at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architect for a full-time direct hire opportunity in the Akron, OH area. The position can be remote for non-local candidates.  Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in AI, including AI Agent Development.  The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions that exhibit high autonomy, adaptiveness, and goal-oriented behaviors.

Salary Range: $140-160K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

AI Solutions Architect job responsibilities include:

AI Agent Design and Deployment:

·       Develop and refine AI architectures that enable agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomous decision-making and self-improvement mechanisms

·       Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level, scalable full-stack applications that support real-time data analysis and visualization and leverage AI design components.

·       Design and implement MLOps processes to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring

·       Create human-in-the-loop systems for model training and evaluation across text and image data

·       Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance and scalability

 

Technology Leadership:

•        Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for AI-based solutions, ensuring high availability and performance for data-centric applications.

·       Ensure that AI solutions integrate seamlessly with existing software systems, databases, and IT infrastructure, maintaining scalability, security, and compliance.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows

·       Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate solutions, and enhance agent capabilities.

•        Expand application capabilities to include mobile platforms (iOS and Android) if needed.

·       Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and similar fields to incorporate cutting-edge methods into AI solutions

 

Performance Reporting and Optimization:

·       Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and robustness.

·       Generate reports to track AI performance and inform decision-making.

·       Document AI processes, models, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge transfer.

·       Support documentation efforts for continuity and compliance with organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.

·       4+ Years of experience preferred in a relevant technical field, with a focus on project involvement and technical expertise.

·       AI Agent Development: proven experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents tailored to specific use cases.

·       Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (CoPilot, Azure Fabric) and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).

·       Deep understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and adaptive AI systems.

·       Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Data Analysis and SQL: Skilled in SQL and data analysis to drive data driven insights.

·       Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
