Key Responsibilities

• Complete our comprehensive onboarding program.
• Leverage advanced lead generation systems to build your client base.
• Assist buyers, secure signed agreements, and find properties that meet their needs.
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
• Use our proprietary technology to stay organized and on track.
• Host at least two open houses monthly.
• Convert leads into appointments through consistent prospecting efforts.
• Participate in weekly script practice and role-playing.
• Engage in team activities, coaching sessions, and training.
• Advise sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and marketing to secure listings.

• Active real estate license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience.
