The Role:
We're seeking a knowledgeable and supportive Agency Account Manager to join our Corporate Travel team. In this role, you'll manage relationships between our support teams, technology teams, product teams, and supplier teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members in the Corporate pathway
- Consult with Corporate pathway members to identify growth opportunities
- Manage product implementations for Corporate pathway members
- Act as a liaison between members and the Travel Technology team
- Prioritize and escalate member issues to relevant teams
- Partner with Member Success for front-line issue resolution
- Assist in defining Mid-office and automation requirements
- Mentor and encourage Corporate Pathway agency members
- Develop and execute corporate pathway training
- Champion the corporate product pathway
- Drive corporate pathway revenue growth
- Evaluate member's GDS competency and conduct training as needed

You value user feedback and excel at gathering it. Troubleshooting and investigating problems come naturally to you, and you're confident in your ability to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in the travel industry
- Strong travel industry knowledge, emphasizing corporate/air travel
- Expert GDS user (Sabre or Travelport required, multi-GDS including Amadeus preferred)
- Experience with travel technology product implementation
- Proficiency with Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, researching, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Adaptability to different communication styles and all levels of internal/external contacts
