Providers may have a primary location however also willing to rotate to provide coverage between Urgent Care centers and at the Emergency Department as needed in Mooresville and Statesville, NC.

Iredell Health System's Advanced Practice Providers are employed by Wake Forest Emergency Providers. As an affiliate with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist (AHWFB), Wake Forest Emergency Providers (WFEP) is a nationally recognized, 501c3 non-profit, proudly providing health care for all! We are contracted with select, partner organizations to provide staffing for Hospital Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency Departments, and Urgent Cares throughout the North Central and Northwest regions of North Carolina.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina as an NP or PA.
- Nurse practitioners must be ENP certified or eligible to sit for ENP boards within 6 months for Emergency Department scheduling.
- BLS, ACLS Certifications through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
