JOB TITLE: Advanced Aircraft Composite Technician I
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $21.21/hour

Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:
Involves manufacturing composite aircraft parts, including lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repair functions.
The position requires working with composite resins, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring defect-free assemblies in a team-oriented production environment.
Required Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of related composite experience.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency with a 6" scale.
Ability to meet physical requirements and work any shift.
Desired Skills
Experience with composite part manufacturing processes (lay-up, cutting, autoclave, etc.).
Attention to detail to ensure defect-free assemblies.
Familiarity with logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs).
Support for FOD, 5S, and Lean activities.
