Job Summary We’re looking for an Admissions Workflow Specialist to join our PharmScript team within our Data Entry department. As an Admissions Workflow Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of available resources and ensuring that orders are entered according to established delivery deadlines . Admissions Workflow Specialists are expected to have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment, must be dependable, possess a strong work ethic and have reliable attendance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. They are always a team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers.

Responsibilities Use available workflow management tools to effectively drive workflow relative to order receive times and established completion time expectations Responsible for ensuring that all admission orders received are resolved ahead of delivery completion Assist Admissions Pharmacy Technicians with process and procedure related questions Responsible for all hourly workflow and delivery completion reporting Strong foundation of Admission Pharmacy Technician tasks and the ability to fill in for that role when needed All tasks and duties must be completed in compliance with HIPPA guidelines, State and Federal laws and current company policies and procedures.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be a registered pharmacy technician in the applicable state Long Term Care experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Medicaid HMO plans, & commercial insurances.
