About the Job
Responsible for coordinating, performing, and maintaining administrative support activities for the Office of County Administration. Prepares routine correspondence, compiles information for reports, and maintains files for a variety of records. Must exercise independent judgment and initiative in completing assignments, and must maintain confidentiality at all times. Supports the Assistant to the County Administrator/Deputy Clerk and Senior Administrative Coordinator with the preparation and maintenance of the Board’s agenda and minutes on the County website. Interacts regularly with the public, providing information, and either responding to inquiries and complaints, or forwarding them to appropriate person, if necessary.
