Growing O&G midstream services company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support team member to join our Major Projects team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a dynamic role, providing key administrative support to our project management team, suppliers, and management, ensuring smooth project operations and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Major Projects team, including project documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Manage and update project-related documents, schedules, and resources, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Coordinate with project management, suppliers, and management to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Assist with cost control, logistics, expediting, procurement support, and accounts payable processes.
- Create and manage reports using Excel and other project management tools.
- Support the implementation of tools like Power BI, Oracle, SharePoint, and Power Automate as needed.
- Help track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between different teams to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality in all administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of dependability and accountability.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in engineering or construction projects.
- Familiarity with project cost control, documentation, logistics, expediting, procurement support, and accounts payable processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Oracle, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Previous work experience in a project-driven or fast-paced environment.
