Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will possess experience and related skills as organized, detail-oriented, ability to learn and can multi-task daily and take direction. This position is responsible for administering and following instructions, working well with others in a professional office environment. You will need to be aware of deadlines, understand timelines to meet expectations and must possess excellent customer service. Ability to learn and support multiple projects while ensuring accuracy is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Assist in processing tax returns, financial statements, and related correspondence
- Distribute incoming / outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Scan and bind documents
- Coordinate catering orders
- Schedule meetings
- CPE scheduling, tracking and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as assigned across all three offices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service and/or client management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent technology skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task while working independently and as a team
- High level of professionalism in speaking with clients and handling confidential information
- Highly preferred CPA firm experience but not required
Hours: Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work some nights and weekends during our busy season from February - April 15th.
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hourly (DOE)
