We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, customer service, and organizational tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling phone systems
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Support real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Assist with personal assistant duties for executives
Qualifications:
Review all incoming documents and requests, electronic and hard copy, for completeness using appropriate standard operating procedures, assist with special projects, research, and investigations, prepare outgoing memos and written notifications, respond to email inquiries and requests for information, upload documents to SharePoint, update and maintain assigned HR unit’s action database and spreadsheets – this involves accurate logging of all pertinent information, transferring and updating data, and generating bi-weekly and monthly reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
