We are seeking an Administrative + Marketing Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:- Answering phones.
- Assisting with report and specification formatting/editing.
- Scanning/archiving completed projects.
- Assist with office clean up, planning and setting up office events.
- Organizing office/kitchen supplies/site equipment.
- Inventory & ordering of office supplies.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Downloading photos from office cameras from site visits.
- Updating/creating project sheets and relevant experience sheets in InDesign.
- Collecting project data/descriptions from project managers for marketing use.
- Inquiring/collecting project images from project managers/clients.
- Tracking marketing opportunities in OneDeltek.
- Running opportunity reports in OneDeltek for principals/associates.
- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) preferred.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
- Professional phone demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work well independently.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bluebeam preferred. Knowledge of InDesign or willingness to learn a plus.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $58,600-$73,200 annually for this position and local market.
