Job Summary: The Director of Clinical Services Assistant (DCSA) supports field clinicians and patients under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. This role involves planning and directing services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes and communities.

Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Full-time) or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Part-time)

Essential Functions:

Evaluate patient charts and monitor care plans.

Schedule CNA visits and report changes in patient conditions.

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.

Ensure timely signing of telephone orders and track medical supplies.

Participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience.

Current nursing license and CPR certification required.

Excellent communication and nursing skills.
