POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant to the 7-12 Principal at Rock Academy plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of the school. RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Administrative Assistant to the 7-12 Principal, you will:

COMMUNICATION HUB: Manage and respond to school inquiries via email, telephone, and other channels, ensuring prompt and courteous service.

CALENDAR AND MEETINGS: Maintain and organize the Principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot as needed.

INFORMATION DISSEMINATION: Collate and distribute weekly news and events updates to the school community, ensuring clear and timely communication.

SUBSTITUTE COORDINATION: Arrange substitute teachers as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity in classroom instruction.

TIMEKEEPING: Review and approve hourly employee time cards in accordance with school policies.

EVENT COORDINATION: Collaborate with various teams to organize events for students in grades 7-12, ensuring logistical details are managed efficiently.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Track and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT: Implement administrative systems, such as Google Sites, to enhance team efficiency and streamline processes.

CONFIDENTIAL HANDLING: Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, adhering to privacy policies and procedures.

TEAM SUPPORT: Contribute to a united team effort at Rock Academy, supporting and participating in all ministry initiatives.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
