Job Description:
Westport, CT-based client is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position will support the Senior Vice President.
Responsibilities include:
- Phones
- Paying his bills
- Creating flyers in Microsoft Publisher for Commercial Real Estate brochures. Help with design work with these flyers at times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint,) Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
- Assisting with email responses and general admin tasks (redlining a document, etc.), using commercial real estate databases.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible) 35-40 hours.
Starting: July 8th or July 9th, no later than that. The current admin is leaving, and the company wants a day or two of overlap of training.
Requirements:
- Polished, professional, well-spoken, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint,) Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
Pay up to $24 max. Possible Temp-to-Perm for the right individual.
