Key Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the Public & Government Affairs (P&GA) department.
- Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency with MS Office required.
Skills needed include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive data
- Customer service experience desired
- Ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment and with potentially highly visible government/industry leaders
