Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

• The Administrative Assistant will direct incoming phone calls
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails

• The Administrative Assistant will organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• The Administrative Assistant will help prepare communications like invoices, memos, and reports

Preferred Qualifications of Administrative Assistant

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
