About the Job
Summary of position:
Seeking a professional Administrative Assistant/JR Recruiter to assist a busy home healthcare company in front end business, and recruitment tasks.
Manage all walk-in, and phone lines.
Assist the Administrator and company departments in any tasks that may arries.
Participates in offsite recruitment efforts.
Search and identify Home Health Aide schools within the five boroughs
Develope and maintain relationships with HHA Schools
Hold presentations in schools to current HHA class attendees explaining Four Seasons mission, the benefits of working for the agency, pay rates, and the application process.
Assist the HR department in obtaining neceessary documents from the aides for enrolment
Manage and maintain a list of recruited aides with all of their information and work expectations
Maintain an calendar outlining plan of action for the month
You are a candidate if:
- You enjoy working with people and want to learn marketing and recruitment
- You are willing to travel throughout the five boroughs
- You are strong with paperwork and can maintain company standards and timelines for documentation for all potential HHA's
Requirements:
-Bi-lingual Spanish required
-Strong computer skills
