Caleb Brett team provides cargo inspection and analytical assessment to the world's petroleum, mining, minerals, and biofuels industries. With solutions based on years of expertise, innovation, and advanced analytical capability, we help customers optimize return on cargoes and them resolve difficult technical challenges.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of office duties as well as developing and managing standard office procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software
- Per form various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
- Research a wide variety of information requests
- May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in an administrative position
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient typing ability with accuracy
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
Shift/Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm CDT, Daily, Mon Thru Fri
