Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face of our company by answering phones professionally, greeting visitors, and handling incoming mail delivery.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including a variety of clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Operate our telephone console efficiently, routing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee index
• Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and schedule appointments.

Qualifications/ Background Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must!
• Excellent telephone etiquette with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• Ability to handle high call volume and route inquiries efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with a telephone console system a plus.
• Ability to handle incoming and outbound mail with accuracy and efficiency.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Pay Range: Hourly $19.00 to $21.00
