Job OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to various departments. Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure smooth day-to-day operations with excellent communication skills will be essential in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Answering and directing phone calls
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, receive and distribute mail.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.
- Process invoices, credit card transactions.
- Coordinate with Office Manager with daily delivery routes.
- Assist and coordinate racing events.
- Travel to local plant to assist with events as needed.
- Track and create customer files.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of company matters.
- Must be efficient and organized, able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years administrative assistant/receptionist required.

- Work will generally be performed in an office environment.
