Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll support a variety of administrative and operational functions, providing essential assistance to the team. The role is onsite in Beaverton, OR, with a planned office relocation nearby in Spring 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to resource for team inquiries, offering guidance and directing requests as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking spaces, managing attendee availability, and preparing materials.
- Arrange travel accommodations, ensuring schedules and budgets align.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for common software issues and coordinate with IT for complex problems.
- Manage user access and permissions across platforms.
- Oversee office facilities, including supply management, equipment upkeep, and liaising with vendors for maintenance.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely setup of equipment and tools.
- Manage asset inventory for departing employees and support tracking company resources like vehicles.
- Assist with special administrative projects to meet team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and resourcefulness to address challenges independently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and train others effectively.
- Comfortable working in both collaborative and independent settings.
- Experience in accounting or financial processes is a plus.

Compensation
- $25-30/hour DOE
