About the Job
We are a construction company looking for a motivated, bilingual administrative assistant who likes to work in a fast paced, busy environment who will assist office personnel with a multitude of daily tasks. We are willing to train the right person for the job.
Some duties include;
- making sure field crews have the most current plans for projects on site and on ipads.
- Downloading, filing and printing blue prints for construction projects.
- Sorting emails for projects and estimates.
- Maintaining job files and records.
- Tracking bid information and due dates for projects .
- Completing and submitting certified payroll reports.
- as well as other tasks as needed.
