- Work on-site during regular weekday hours to perform office services, including clerical support, printing, scanning, data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
- Support administrative needs by utilizing business applications like the Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks.
- Answer calls, emails, and other communication professionally in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with HR partners on new hire onboarding and payroll entry.
- Create and track purchase orders with Project Managers to manage budget and inventory.
- Foster a positive, energetic work environment and contribute to the overall team dynamic.
- 2+ years of office/clerical experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
- Experience or willingness to learn inventory control and procurement processes.
- Proficiency with Windows applications and web-based tools.
- Ability to learn social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
