Administrative assistant for a temp to hire in downtown Orlando!
SHIFT: M-F 8-5
PAY RATE: $20 -$22 (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Demonstrating excellent skills to approach customer (internal & external)
- Excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the executive leaders with scheduling and creating meetings
- Work with the travel group to coordinate travel schedules, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports
- Maintains calendars as well as calendar of meeting rooms and customer visits
- Assist with Bids documents, Data entry, processing of electronic documents
- Assist with assembling project submittals, project binders, O&M manuals
- Create shipping labels for out of office shipments
- Preparing letters, memos, and other documents
- Assisting in preparation of presentations
- Answering and transferring phone calls when needed
- Answering the door, receive and direct guests accordingly
- Sort and deliver all incoming mail and assist with preparing sent mail
- Interfacing with management and other personnel and other offices
- Maintain appropriate levels of office and breakroom supplies
- Maintain a record of all office & operational equipment leases
