A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Admin Assistant/ Event Coordinator.

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 4 months -Hybrid work schedule (T, W, TH onsite days)
Location: Oakbrook Terrace IL 60181

As an Admin Assistant/ Event Coordinator , you will:

Candidate MUST haves:

• Flexible and able to travel around Client's service territory (Primarily Chicago and Western suburbs)
• Must be able to manage large events
• Coordinating the events
• Day to Day Logistics of events
• Transport and Delivery event materials
• Must be able to create event materials
• Great writing and communications skills needed.
• Flexible schedule; may have early mornings or late evenings depending on the event.
• 5 Years of experience required:
• Need a person with high energy, great attitude and people person. Role engages with the community members. Must have a flexible schedule

Education Level/Type- Education requirements/Specific Degree Needed:

• Associate degree preferred

Specific technical/software experience:

• MS Office

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25 - 30 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
