- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- Updating and tracking reports
- Maintaining meeting space bookings/calendar
- Preparing various correspondences for the head administrator
- Recording meeting minutes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively between multiple departments
- Excellent multi-tasking
