Proclinical is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide experienced-level support within the diabetes and pharmaceuticals sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in managing general office routines and procedures, with a focus on clerical and administrative duties. You will support a department or executive management, requiring effective communication and organizational skills.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient in general office routines and procedures.
• Strong ability to use personal computers and office software.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will be:

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support department functions.
• Operate personal computers and office software efficiently.
• Manage communications within the department and occasionally with external contacts.
• Provide explanations or interpretations as needed.
