Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Leasing Department. From assisting our leasing representatives to maintaining essential documents, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in helping us achieve our leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Admin Tasks:
Collaborate with leasing reps to gather information for lease applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Utilize Salesforce and MS Office suite for data entry and document management.
Prepare property information for digital platforms and presentations.
Assist in generating reports and communicating with tenants regarding renewals and assignments.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure up-to-date leasing materials.
Salesforce Tasks:
Enter leads and deals accurately into Salesforce database.
Prepare submissions for review by the Leasing VP and Regional President.
Ensure budgeted information is confirmed and maintained accurately.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience in a professional setting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to new assignments and situations.
