Administrative Assistant for an international leasing start-up company located in Irvine CA.
Temporary to Hire opportunity. Pay range is $25-28/hr, depending on experience. Hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Benefits if hired on include 70% paid Medical, 100% paid Dental & Vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
- Perform reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a mid-size to large company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism for handling confidential information.
- A degree in Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
