Administrative Assistant / Inside Sales Representative at Activ8

An Asian food, beverage distributer is currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant /Inside Sales Representative to join their facility in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago near O’Hare International Airport.

Administrative Assistant /Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

· Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service

· Welcome visitors at the front desk

· Manage daily emails / phone calls (forward calls to appropriate staff members)

· Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for associates and managers

· Manage calendars, appointments

· Maintain filing systems as assigned

· Ordering of office supplies as directed by management

· Respond to and address administrative inquiries and questions

· Communicate and maintain good relationships with clients

· Perform other related duties as assigned including attending corporate events

Administrative Assistant /Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

· Prefer relevant administrative or insides sales experience

· Must be able to speak, read and write business level English

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems

· Ability to work independently

· High School Diploma or equivalent required
