Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Nov 18, 2024 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $30.25/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Remote, 100% Remote; team works out of Redmond, WA.
Must Haves: The role requires 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.

1. Minimum 4 years experience with MSFT tools including - Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Employee Central (preferred), iCIMS (preferred)
2. Minimum 4 years with a background in recruitment or program management.

• 3+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to effectively implement and monitor highly complex plans and schedules.
• Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
• The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
• The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities.
• A high level of integrity with ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
o POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
o Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
o Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
o Partner with hiring managers to schedule candidate screenings.
o Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open, and in process, hiring.
o Answering, and solving for, hiring manager/candidate/recruiter questions.

Purpose of the Team:
The Talent Operations Coordinators team plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and management. They help reimagine how the company recruits, hires, and retains employees in an ever-evolving work environment. Their focus includes inclusive hiring practices, ensuring the global employee network reflects the companies mission of empowering everyone to achieve more
This team is looking to expand and have a coordinator aligned to leadership within the org to assist with upcoming PCN requests, headcount data management, notes and Employee Central and iCIMS.
Key projects:
This role will have tangible impact on an organization of more than 7200 team members (and growing), supporting an aggressive hiring ramp across a diverse global team and developing best practices that streamline their hiring. This person will partner closely with hiring managers, business administrators, and the business operations team both in the US and India, to coordinate end to end hiring logistics.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
• Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data.
• POC for net-new and backfill request/approval process.
• Work in our recruiting systems and cross functionally with recruiters/hiring managers/admins to create requisitions.
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems and make certain appropriate contacts are engaged and informed.
