We are seeking an experienced and efficient Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our team at a leading international health agency. This hybrid remote position offers an excellent opportunity to support our upper management and contribute to our mission of promoting global health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and edit reports, technical documents, emails, and charts with a keen eye for accuracy and professional writing style.
- Expertly coordinate complex meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops by preparing technical presentations, reports, and calendar invitations.
- Maintain a detailed and organized calendar of appointments and deadlines for the leadership team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on projects involving multiple tasks and complexities.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and serving as a receptionist when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- 3-5 years of proven administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Superior organizational skills and a dedication to completing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
