Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have the associated skills and prior professional experience for: preparing business documents; interfacing with RS&H support groups in Legal, Human Resources, Communications and Finance; supporting activities within operations; performing transactional business activities; assisting Infrastructure staff, assisting Project Managers, and other office administrative assignments including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and ordering and managing office supplies. This candidate will also be helping with conferences; registering attendees; booking hotel rooms; pre and post conference calls; working within OneNote to set up and maintain conferences; ordering logo product, name tags and other items for conferences and events; as well as shipping, tracking, and managing all booths, conference and events related items. The candidate may also assist with invite lists, invitations, PowerPoint presentations, and other small tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
· Must possess advanced knowledge of administrative duties.
· Must be able to coordinate complex projects and events.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams, as well as Zoom and PDF reader and writer software.
· Must possess strong oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
· Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with executives, associates, trade organizations and clients.
· Proven ability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
· Must work well both independently, and as part of a Team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of business support experience in the engineering consulting industry with focus on Aviation / Transportation.
· Minimum of 2 years of business support experience serving public sector/government clients.
· Working knowledge of Deltek Vision or other accounting software.
