Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Dec 2, 2024 through Feb 28, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $31.50/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): In Office, 5 days/onsite, Redmond, WA
Must Haves: The role requires 3-5 overall years of experience in the field
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 3-5 years experience with calendar management in Outlook
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
3. Experience with Head Trax is a plus
Preferred:
Ideal resume would include prior enterprise experience and strong organizational skills
Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions
· Purpose of the Team: Support for deal managers and the commercial executive community
· Key projects: Core admin functions, calendar management, event planning, creating POs
· Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Primarily heads-down work with minimal meetings
